So I have had some degree of success with the AMS2 dedicated server setup.
It seems Reiza made some changes to the way you setup things.
You still need a TEXT editor but the HOST of a session can be set to a wide level of control from complete to Zero.
For our purposses I will likely setup 2 Servers.
1 - Practice server using editor to set parameters and Locking down.
2- Race server with an OPTIONAL Password That the HOST will have control of to setup the sessions.
No this setup is NOT perfect and there will likely still be some form of HTTP editor released but for now this will work.
The old HTTP editor was horrible and often crashed everything so i'm not sad to see it go.
