Driver Ratings are new for 2018. We have formed a group of members who will determine each driver's ability rating using Gold/Silver rating system. If you have already been classified, please fill it in in the form. If not, our Driver Rating Committee will do it for you and notify you of your rating as soon as we have it. All new drivers we have not seen before will automatically be Bronze rated until further notice. We will publish a list with our ratings. We also reserve the right to change the classification of any driver as we need to. In GT3WC, the Gold/Silver/Bronze rating determines your class: GT or GTA. Some new drivers may have their class changed mid season if their performances are satisfactory. Ratings will be determined based on 4 categories: Pace, Overall Performance, Smart/Clean driving, and forum participation. Bronze rated drivers may join the series and will be classed with the Silver drivers in GTA. Remember, the cars are identical between the two classes; having a group for faster guys and slower guys allows more people to win races and championships.
1: Teams who are registering a number or numbers they used in 2017
2: Teams who are registering a new number for 2018
3: First Year Teams on a first come first served basis.
This means that all numbers for multi-car entries are protected unless the team is not returning.(IE Satellite Racing entering #32 as their second car in 2017 allows them priority for #32 for 2018)
Numbers must be the same for your car if you race in both the Endurance and Sprint seasons. Your car may be different.
There will be a date at which time protected numbers from last season will no longer be protected if they are not registered in this thread. That date is currently TBD.
Eligible numbers are 3-9, 10-99, 100-999 with the following exceptions:
-The number 1 will remain reserved for the 2017 GT Drivers’ Champion.
